We’re inviting a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team in Five Dock, supporting up to 25 children in a nurturing, community-focused setting. This full-time opportunity welcomes educators with a Diploma or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification—particularly those with experience in room or educational leadership, or a desire to grow into future management roles.

Our new Five Dock centre is a cosy, purposefully designed environment that feels like a home away from home. Located next to the Five Dock Library and within walking distance of Five Dock Park and the stunning waterfront parklands, our setting is perfect for nature walks, community excursions, and everyday inspiration from the vibrant neighbourhood.

We’re proud to offer a high-quality, play-based curriculum enriched by nature-inspired learning, sustainability, and creative materials like loose parts and upcycled resources. As we establish our Five Dock program, children’s interests and seasonal exploration will shape weekly bush-style experiences led by our educators.
