**VACANT POSITION: Trainee and Cert 3 Educator**

**Employment Type**:Full-Time - permanent or Part Time - permanent

**Your role**

We are recruiting Trainee or Certificate 3 educator.

**ROLES**:

- Vision to collaborate as part of a team to lead an innovative centre
- Lead and manage educational programs with a passion for early childhood education and care
- Foster a strong sense of belonging through meaningful relationships with families, children, staff and the community
- Work collaboratively as part of the team as an educator directly educating and caring for children

**SKILLS**:

- Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
- A dynamic personality, creativity and a clear passion for early childhood education
- A cooperative team player who cares and respects children in all their individuality and developmental stages
- Commitment to excellence in early childhood
