Ect Room Leader

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and experienced ECT Room Leader to join our team ToBeMe specializes in Early Childhood development and are firm believers that there is no “one size fits all” approach in and outside of the classroom.

ToBeMe Early Childhood Educators work with our children to spark a love of learning from an early age and encourage them on a lifelong journey in education that inspires, excites and fuels their imagination. Through our unique ToBeMe Curriculum, architecturally-designed learning spaces and focus on relationships - we aim to provide children with the best possible environment to learn, play, grow, and become their best selves.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

- Bachelor in early childhood education
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Confidence and leadership ability
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high quality care
- The desire to make a positive contribution to a professional, collaborative and focused team.
- Current First Aid and CPR - preferred but not essential
- Child Protection Training
- Working with Children Check
- Understanding of EYLF framework and National Regulations
- Ability to plan, implement and evaluate a developmentally appropriate educational curriculum based on the Early Years Learning Framework

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
