As a Business Development Manager at PPG, you will be responsible for the growth of sales and market share within our Protec Refinish & Commercial Performance Coatings business in South Australia. Put your existing negotiation and influencing skills to the test in this exciting and challenging role

**Key Responsibilities**
- Achieve the sales, profit, and growth targets for the Commercial Performance Coatings (CPC) & Protec Refinish business in South Australia
- Formulate strategies to increase market share by winning new business
- Develop and implement call cycles
- Deliver professional product/brand presentations to prospective customers

**Qualifications / Skills**
- Proven ability and track record in securing new business
- Trade qualification in spray painting is highly regarded but not crucial
- Excellent communication and social skills along with the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels
- A high degree of self-management and ability to operate autonomously
- Current valid driver’s license
