**About the Contract**
We specialise in managing and delivering commercial property projects of any complexity for businesses and government organisations across Australia and New Zealand. Our wide-ranging project and change management capabilities help our clients to optimise workspace, enhance building performance and maximise their capital investment.

**About the Role**

Business Administrator responsibilities include working closely with the Business Manager, Sustainability and Project teams to prepare reports and resources for Projects and Workplace Solutions.You will perform various coordinating tasks such as preparation and monitoring of project financials, departmental budgets and expenditures as well as organising and participating in stakeholder meetings and other administrative duties including requests for funds, processing invoices, variations, etc.

**Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Assist with the preparation and administration of financial, operating budgets and forecasts.
- Enable Project Financials - process and approve invoice payments, track payments, requests for funds and client invoicing
- Manage and Coordinate Project SAP financial requirements & reconciliations including: AP/AR queries, customer billing management, creating work orders and purchase orders, and invoicing.

**Preferred Skills and Experience**:

- Due to working with government clients, you will need to be an Australian Citizen
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Highly proficient user of Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Adobe suites.
- Ability to work under pressure with time sensitive deadlines.
- SAP or Ariba experience is preferable, but not essential
