Our client is looking for an experienced Financial Analyst in Inner-Western Sydney

**Your new role**
- Work with Regional Department Managers to prepare timely and accurate monthly financial analysis and reporting.
- The role holder will work closely with the ANZ Reporting Manager to complete the monthly reporting and provide explanation of key drivers of performance
- Participate in cost optimization activities to understand key drivers and cost reduction opportunities
- Support the ANZ Reporting Manager in developing the annual budget timetable and driving the annual budget and forecasting processes.
- Work with ANZ Reporting Manager on developing the projection process and assist with identification of business opportunities and risks.
- Gather and analyze financial information for internal use
- Assist with the design of reporting tools and dashboards to enhance visibility into the health of the business, evaluate financial and operational metrics and provide meaningful analysis to management.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reports (P&L, Balance Sheet) for GM, RDMs, and Board

**What you'll need to succeed***
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with a complex system
- Solid Accounting or Finance experience in a similar role
- Experience with Phocas or Business Intelligence tools and Netsuite is advantageous
- Highly computer literate with advanced Microsoft Office Skills
- particularly Excel
- Relevant certification (e.g. CPA, CMA or CGMA) will be advantageous
