Regulatory Strategy and Safer Gambling Manager

This role will support the Head, Regulatory Strategy and Safer Gambling to develop and deliver a safer gambling strategic framework to ensure we provide our customers with the best and safest wagering experience.

Our HQ is in Brisbane Australia; however, we have offices in Sydney and Melbourne. This role has the opportunity to be located in any of these locations.

**What you will do**
- Monitoring national and international gambling public policy development, including legislative and regulatory changes.
- Contributing to national gambling public policy development through participation in legislative, regulatory and policy review processes.
- Developing and strengthening Entain’s relationship with safer gambling stakeholders.
- Developing and strengthening Entain’s relationship with gambling researchers and providers of gambling help/support services.
- Liaising with Entain PLC representatives in relation to Australian regulatory policy and safer gambling strategy activities and best practice.
- Contributing to the development and delivery of a safer gambling strategic framework.

**Who we’re looking for**
- Experience as policy and/or research manager, preferably in gambling or a related field.
- An understanding of the gambling industry and the gambling regulatory environment or the ability to quickly gain such an understanding.
- Experience in developing strategic policy documents.
- High-level writing skills.
- Advanced communication skills and emotional intelligence.
- People management skills.
