Digital Product Manager

**About the role**

We are extremely excited to share an opportunity for a Product Manager to join our Innovation team as we continue to expand our retail and technology strategy for Entain's Venue Entertainment.

As the Digital Product Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to lead and support the uplift of Entain Venue’s growing in-venue entertainment products, with an emphasis on customer engagement and satisfaction. These products are consumed at a scale that touches a large customer base on a weekly basis.

To succeed in this role, you will have a strong understanding of how to enhance in-person experiences with technology, work with operational and technology teams to bring the product to life and prioritise feature development to create the most value for players & venues.

These products generate and utilise multiple data sources, so a strong understanding or interest in data management is a benefit.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver end-to-end execution of new features in the product roadmap, including where relevant production of Product Requirements Documents (PRD), and functional specifications.
- **R**esponsible for working hands-on with designers and engineers in the early proof of concepts pre-delivery, and then delivery of new features that deliver value to our customers.
- Work with Tech lead to identify technical dependencies and adjust delivery sequencing to increase output and reduce re-work.
- Manage the product backlog of new features and enhancements/bugs of existing features.
- Report on the performance of features and recommend improvements to optimise the performance of these products.
- Work with the Business and marketing team to bring campaign concepts to life.

**Who we’re looking for**
- Experience in a similar role executing the product roadmap and managing the product development lifecycle.
- Ability to demonstrate how you have affected the growth of a product through new features that add value.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced setting within a small cross-functional delivery team.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Interest in cutting-edge technology or innovative trends, and ability to articulate opportunities for new features that drive benefits for the customer and increase revenue.
