Established 25 years ago, The Next Step is a recruitment consultancy dedicated to the Human Resources sector. With unrivalled industry connections and insights, we are underpinned by a true passion for what we do and a genuine care for doing it well.
We have an opportunity for an awesome human to join our Brisbane team. Open to an experienced consultant to join our family or someone with foundational recruitment experience looking to embark on a journey into the world of HR recruitment.
In your role, you will:
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for various early to entry career HR positions, collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to the management team
- Supporting marketing and team collaboration
