We are seeking EOIs from experienced **Permit to Work Coordinators** to join our growing team in Western Australia **for casual FIFO, short-term roles for various sites.**
- FIFO 2:1 roster (preferable) or 2:2 roster considered
- Casual - $100.00/hour rate
- Mandatory Trade Qualification required.
- Previous Industry experience required.

As a **Permit to Work Coordinator** you are responsible for managing permits, completing and modifying JHAs, completing permits and work packs, you will coordinate meetings and ensure appropriate sign off and authorisation is complete for work activities.

**Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Issue permits and certificates for safe systems of work on site
- Liaise with work parties during planning phase to complete Permit Reviews to ensure appropriate level of risk assessment is performed
- Identify activities that conflict with other work and that such hazards are identified and that steps are being undertaken to analyse and implement mitigations
- Develop and execute Isolation plans as an Isolation Authority/Verifier
- Lead daily PTW coordination meeting, update and circulate list of planned work activities
- Keep up-to-date daily register of PTWs, supplementary certificates, audits and performance statistics
- Participating in HSE activities and audits.
- Supporting the implementation of the GR Production Services HSE, Quality objectives and Action Improvement plans
- Training of staff and contractors on the Permit To Work System

**Qualifications and Experience Mandatory**:

- 5+ years PTW and Isolations experience in the same or similar roles within Oil and Gas projects
- Certificate III or IV in Process Plant Technology
- Trade certificate as Mechanic or E&I Technician
- Open Drivers Licence
- EEHA awareness
- Positive mindset with a team player mentality
- Flexible approach - we all know things can change at a drop of a hat.
- Strong communications skills
- Excellent OSHE standards
