**JOB TITLE: PTW COORDINATOR**
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Responsible for the generation of permits in line with the ISSOW Procedure [Integrated Safe System of Work].
- Attend daily meetings SIMOPS meeting and facilitate review of planned activities and required permits.
- Discuss the scope of each activity including the safety requirements.
- Carry out the assessment of risk for the activities that need to be completed and classify them as either level 1 or level 2.
- Perform Permit Audits.
- Revalidate permits, which are of long-term duration and reschedule work if required.
- Coordinate with the Area Authorities for work being carried out in their respective area.
- Carry out any other duties as required by the supervisor.
- Responsible for ensuring that permits are issued and monitored in line as per the ISSOW Procedure.
**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:
- Process Plant experience.
- Process Safety and HSE experience.
- Auditing.
- Communication skills.
- Process improvement.
- Proactive approach.
