Milestone IT is currently working with this brilliant business who right now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Technical Support Consultant to join a great team.
Working with a small team of IT specialists, you will be providing support to users both off and on-site
Please note this role involves traveling on-site, so you must have a driving license and your own vehicle
**Key Responsibilities are**:
- Monitoring of server environments, remediation and escalation as required
- User account management including onboarding and offboarding
- Office 365 tenant administration and support including licensing, Exchange Online, Teams and Sharepoint
- Computer user profile setup
- Computer repair, including hardware diagnosis, warranty claims, virus removal, data retrieval and upgrades
- Upkeep of internal documentation
**Specific skills required include**:
- Strong Windows Desktop deployment and support skills
- Strong Office 365 and Azure AD administration and support experience
- Windows Server (including Hyper-V) management and support skills
- Computer troubleshooting and repair
- Network Infrastructure / Firewall / VPN / TCP/IP skills
- Ticketing, Monitoring, Remote Management and Documentation system experience
**Highly Regarded**
- Tertiary and Industry qualifications
- Backup solutions from Veeam, Datto and N-Able
- Management systems from AutoTask, N-Able and IT Glue or similar
- Network Equipment from D-Link, Ubiquiti, Sonicwall, Draytek, Sophos and Cisco
- Security products from Webroot, Symantec and Trend
