Bakers Delight Fairfield are now looking for casual sales assistants who have availability on Mondays Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

We provide our staff with a supportive work environment where they are encouraged to develop their learning and personal skills whilst building their teamwork skills. With ongoing training and an enthusiastic outlook, staff are able to gain valuable skills.

No prior knowledge of our products is necessary however it is preferable to have retail experience or some retail customer experience. Successful applicants will also have: flexible availability for weekdays, weekend or during holiday, have great customer service and a general understanding of OHS.
- At Bakers Delight, some jobs our sales assistants are responsible for are:_
- Creating an enjoyable experience for our lovely customers
- Assisting in closing and opening the store
- Supporting co-workers
- Ensuring a high standard of bakery presentation and cleanliness
- Promoting new products and monthly campaigns
