**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
Daily duties of successful applicants may include (but are not limited to):
Deliver high quality customer service in a time efficient and courteous manner,

Perform general cleaning duties and maintain the visual standards of the store.

Maintaining, replenishing and merchandising of stock and displays.

Handling payments including eftpos and cash registers

Responsible service of lotteries products.

Opening and or closing of the store premises.

**About You**:
Strong communication skills.

Customer Service oriented

Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team.

Flexible availability to work throughout the week and the weekends.

**Experience**:
Applicants with newsagency / retail experience will be viewed favourably but is not essential.

**We are looking to fill two roles. This role would be suit a university student who is looking to work in a busy retail environment whilst studying.**

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $20.33 - $35.06 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fairfield, QLD 4103: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
