We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales Assistant to join our savio suits team, who has a passion for people, styling, visual merchandising, you will be responsible for end to end store operations, with your responsibilities including customer service and loyalty, achieving sales budgets, visual merchandising, stock control.

The Role:
Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintaining up to date product knowledge to assist Customers with product queries
- Performing transactions on POS

Stock Management
- Receive stock upon delivery
- Escalate stock delivery discrepancies to management when appropriate
- Process Stock ( Soft & Hard Tagging, handle and fold stock
- Merchandise replenishment
- Assist Management with stock date
- Ensure stock is processed in a timely manner
- Ensure that all merchandise is presented well at all times ( i.e. correctly placed, hung and folded)

WHS
- Exercise a duty of care by performing duties in a safe manner in accordance to safe work practices
- Reporting all incidents in a timely manner
- Previous experience in a similar role
- High attention to detail
- Articulate problem solving skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office ( Excel)
- Stock/Administrative retail background
- Loves fashion

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Retail: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Fairfield, NSW 2165 (preferred)

Work Location: In person
