The** WSP Brisbane team**is on the lookout for a vibrant and driven Project Coordinator to join our growing team. As one of the world’s leading engineering and professional services firms, WSP is committed to delivering innovative, sustainable solutions across the Transport (rail and aviation), Defence, Mission Critical, Civic Infrastructure and other sectors.
**About the role**:
Specifically, the role will have you working on variety of project tasks and related administrative activities including:
- Assisting with team resourcing and scheduling
- Assisting with the preparation and coordination of programme schedules
- Assisting with end of month finance reconciliations
- Light document control duties
- Project and Administrative support serving as a liaison between stakeholders
- Coordinating client requests associated with proposals
- Ensuring the smooth facilitation of workflow for administrative and financial systems
- Assisting with administrative tasks pertaining to marketing
- Providing support for diary and inbox management where required
- Provide support to the team across internal business systems
- Provide support to the Director and team in the delivery of milestones and project administrative tasks
- Assisting with monthly reports
**About you**:
- Circa 8+yrs experience in a Project Administration or Executive Assistant role, preferably in a large organisation
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Enthusiasm to excel and a proactive, collaborative attitude
- Ability to prioritise tasks and agility and flexibility to adapt to change
- Excellent time management
- A systematic and well-organised work ethic including strong time and self-management skills
- Ability to build relationships and communicate with all levels of the business
- Business acumen skills and high attention to detail
- Client focused (both internal and external clients).
