About the Role: As an Organisational Design Manager at Coles, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our organisational structure to drive efficiency, innovation, and growth. You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to design and implement strategies that align with our business goals and enhance our overall performance.

**What you will be doing**:

- Lead the development and implementation of organisational design initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and drive change.
- Conduct thorough analysis of current organisational structures and processes.
- Develop and present recommendations for optimising organisational design.
- Manage and support the implementation of organisational changes.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organisational design initiatives.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Extensive experience in organisational design within large, complex organisations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and manage change initiatives.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
