**About the role**:
Reporting to the Group Design Manager, this role will inspire and influence a team of design researchers, across all areas from planning, research and human-centred design. Someone who has strong business acumen and can align their team to the broader organisational vision will be the right fit for this role.

**About you and your skills**:
You are an advocate for all customer groups and drive a customer obsessed culture. Also will have strong business acumen and align your team to the broader organisational vision. Your holistic and pragmatic approach allows you to make effective design and research decisions and the right trade-offs when required

Your skills
- Demonstrated skill in research, usability testing and CX
- You have led (1+) teams previously and know SaaS/B2C software well
- You have experience conducting qualitative user research and leveraging data to measure the efficacy of product designs
- Your research work has contributed to the measurable success of one or more impactful consumer-facing products at scale.
- You can turn complex and overlapping objectives into clearly defined complementary objectives for teams to execute on
