As the Service Consultant you will be in a solution focused role that works collaboratively with service delivery to implement outstanding services for potential and existing clients within planning budgets.
This role works with a range of stakeholders to implement new service requests or make adjustments to existing services; gathering and assessing information to prepare and maintain service risk assessments, cost estimates and agreements.
We are a non-for-profit organisation committed to empowering people with disability to live full and independent lives. We’ve been supporting people across regional South Australia for over 30 years, through a person-centred approach, strong community partnerships, and a focus on real impact.

**Key duties**
- Liaise with appropriate internal stakeholders to develop appropriate quotes that meet the needs of potential clients and the organisation’s requirements.
- Support regional teams to implement and maintain services that are consistent with CLA onboarding and change request procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of NDIS price guide and processes and assess the impact of any changes on CLA clients, keep Finance & Administration Officers updated on all changes.
- Work closely with the regional teams, clients, families, and support coordinators to gain accurate and timely information for completing our internal risk assessments.
- Provide support to future-proof services by creating appropriate wait lists for service vacancies.

**What we're looking for**
- Certificate IV in Disability, Community, Management, Social or Human Services, plus demonstrated knowledge competence/experience (including customer/client facing)
- Experience with working with NDIS participants, and specifically SIL/complex clients supporting them to obtain the funding they require and enabling them to utilise their NDIS Plans to achieve their individual goals
- Obtain and maintain a NDIS Worker Check and DHS Working with Children Check
- A current Australian driver's license and the ability to travel to regional services
