**Chief Commercial Officer**

A newly created seat on the Executive, you will have the opportunity to design and implement a bespoke commercial strategy and for this listed tech player. You will then have an instrumental hand in driving the change management and adoption process. Having successfully transitioned from start-up to growth phases, this role will be instrumental in taking things to the next level again.

Making the expansion easier is a highly engaged workforce and culture of delivery. A recent internal staff survey returned excellent results, across key indicators and put the business ahead of like companies in their field.

The Executive also remain highly hands-on and committed to retaining as flat a structure as possible. A lot of work has been done to maintain an agile and approachable culture across all levels.

Centrally located in Perth's inner north. Fixed salary component will be bolstered by both a STIP and LTIP.
- About you;_
- _You will have proven commercial strategy experience within the tech space (at the C-Suite, Exec or Director level)_
- _Ideally, your experience will include the delivery of strategies across global jurisdictions _
- _Management of internationally dispersed teams would be a plus_
