This successful and growing Brokerage has an excellent new opportunity for a Trainee Broker Assistant to join their team. You will be tasked with providing support and administration to a Senior Broker with their portfolio of commercial clients.

This firm has been recognised with a host of awards over the past few years, delivering outstanding service to their clients, that primarily operate in the commercial space.

Duties include but are not restricted to:

- Work in a fast-paced environment and be involved in assisting a portfolio of SME, Domestic and Retail clients across a broad range of industries.
- Sourcing and processing renewal quotes
- Quoting new business
- Placing cover through an online platform
- Assisting clients with inquiries
- Processing endorsements and cancellations
- Liaising with underwriters
- Liaising with internal stakeholders
- Assist with claims as required
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required

**About You**
You will have a minimum of 12 months experience within the insurance industry and be looking to continue a long-term career in the insurance. Additionally, you will possess the following:

- Client focused with a passion for exceptional service delivery.
- Ability to work and solve problems autonomously.
- Process oriented, organised and structured with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication are also essential to this role.
- Prior experience in the insurance industry (required)
