Create an impact as an **Executive Manager, Group Risk Operations and Change**.
**Your Role**
In this role, you'll support the Group Risk Aspiration to ‘be leading in Risk Management’ through successful delivery of risk transformation across IAG.
Your role will be accountable for driving the Group Risk (GR) Strategy and managing the delivery of strategic initiatives for Enterprise Risk (ER). You will also be driving effective change and continuous improvement across Group Risk.
You'll uplift the project management capability across Group Risk and drive the successful design, delivery and embedment of risk transformation across IAG.
This position is a permanent, full-time opportunity to be based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney), Meanjin (Brisbane) and Naarm (Melbourne).
**About You**
- Demonstrated ability in managing complexity, ambiguity and responding to change.
- Experience in fostering a customer-centric environment.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to define, plan, and shape strategies and initiatives into tactical plans for successful delivery.
- Developed leadership skills with a proven ability to role model values and behaviours.
- Experience in building capability and optimising the performance of teams.
- Experience in building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared goals.
- Experience with creating a continuous improvement environment aligned with agile ways of working.
- Relevant Tertiary qualification/s and 15+ years associated business experience
