Our valued client in Nuriootpa in the wine industry is currently seeking an experienced Administration person to join their team to assist in admin and logistics support.

**What the role entails**:

- Liaising with internal staff and external suppliers to facilitate cohesive logistics operations.
- Telephone call work and data entry duties.
- Maintaining and administering scheduling software, documents and records.
- Managing the administrative duties in support of all work.

**What you can bring to the role**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivation, organizational skills and solid computer skills.
- High-level attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to manage tasks within given timeframes.
- The ability to work within a team and also autonomously.
- A positive nature and keen desire to excel in all aspects of the role.

This is a 2-3 month contract through casual labour hire and working hours are Mon - Fri.

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
