**Your New Company**:
Join a progressive, Australian-owned, small family business, which operates in the Manufacturing industry in the Southern suburbs of Adelaide. The business runs two manufacturing companies from one facility. One of their businesses distributes evaporative cooling filter pads to wholesale and high-volume end customers of the HVAC-R market. The other manufactures and distributes a unique packaging product into a variety of markets including general, food and fragile packaging and seafood packaging for export and large animal bedding. Each business has an extensive national distribution network. There is an opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join on a permanent basis and provide comprehensive support to the organisation. Initially, you will be trained and be tasked with learning about the business and systems and over time the role will evolve to take on more variation and complexity.

**Duties**:

- Liaise with suppliers and process orders in the MRP system
- Use MYOB to administer financial reporting and reconciliations
- Invoicing
- Dispatch and freight logistics coordination
- Answer incoming calls
- Provide customer service and support
- Support the management team
- Data entry
- Ad hoc duties

**Are You a Fit?**
To be considered successful, you will have 10+ years of experience in administration and considerable experience working within Australia. You will have worked in a small business, with a strong customer service ethic and be capable of using IT systems. Ideally, you will possess experience working in the Manufacturing industry within Administration, but this is not essential. A person who is accountable, can work independently or as part of a team and has a keen learning nature will well suit the needs of this role.
