**Colour Cosmetica Academy** **Administrator - Position Available**
We are currently looking for a new Administrative Leader to join Colour Cosmetica Studio and Academy. We are a national and international award winning hair, make-up and beauty studio and Registered Training Organisation specializing in qualifications in fashion media and communications, hairdressing, make up, fashion, props, events, photography, styling, marketing, design, advertising and beauty.

**Primary Objective of Role**:
Colour Cosmetica Academy is looking for people with initiative, a commitment to excellence, strong analytical and problem solving capabilities, an ability to think conceptually as well as creatively, the capacity to communicate effectively with stakeholders, and to work within a team environment.
**Purpose of the job**:
- Providing accurate and timely administrative and support services to both directors, staff, students and clients.
- Ability to provide exceptional formatting of legislative and creative documents consistently and in-line with policies and procedures using the Office Suite. Additional skills in Adobe inDesign and the Adobe Suite are highly desirable.
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records, in accordance with Colour Cosmetica Academy and ASQA (Australian Skills Quality Authority) standards, policies and procedures.
- Contributing to a cohesive team environment by sharing information, supporting and assisting colleagues in a proactive manner to meet goals and deadlines.
- Contributing to the efficiency of the administrative function through actively participating in professional development activities and contributing to business improvement initiatives.
