We are looking for passionate and talented people to join the LIVE Operations team and support in our mission to inspire creativity and bring joy.

The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.

**Responsibilities**:
1. To establish, maintain the cooperation of qualified content and local NGOs, ensure the strong support of local resources for building various content categories and planing large-scale events.
2. To establish, maintain active partnership with local brands or companies, for supporting the cross-border cooperation and building the "Live+" ecology.
3. To establish, maintain the relation with local media, keep conducting the widely and positively propagation of TikTok branding.
4. To establish, maintain local entertainment resources such as production house, event organizers, celebrities, etc.,for generally supporting in the whole process of commercial events.
5. To establish the communication channels with the different departments of government, maintain the relation with government for the active cooperation and interaction. Ensure the steady development of business and provide public relations support for project operation.

**Qualifications**:
Qualifications
1. Familiar with IT industry especially live streaming industry, deep understanding on local policies or laws related to the live streaming industry.
2. Good local public relations or related resources.
3. Wide channels of local entertainment and media resources. Experience in the large-scale offline events are preferred.
4. Be practical, reliable and careful, with a strong sense of responsibility.
5. Good capacity for communication. Speaking English as a working language is needed.
