Are you a Bartender with at least two years of Bartending experience in a high volume environment? We have an opportunity available to work Poolside by our main Lagoon Pool or at our wonderful award winning Adults Only pool, Summer Salt. If you are considering staying in Byron Bay long term we would love to hear from you.

This role will suit someone who is very organised, experienced and confident with setting up a bar for service and managing multiple dockets. Your knowledge of "The Classics" and experience making signature cocktails will see you excel.

**Your role **will require you to converse with our guests by explaining cocktail, wine and beverage options, assist with dietary requirements and up-sell where possible. Ensure stock levels are maintained, your bar is kept clean and tidy, and orders are processed per service standards. There may also be some order taking and running of food and drinks depending on where you are working.

To be successful you will hold a current **NSW RSA and available to start ASAP,** be a strong team player who works well with other colleagues on the floor during service and with our kitchen teams to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably an Australian permanent resident with a commitment to longer term employment.
- **WHV holders are welcome to apply, but will require a min of a 6 month commitment to the resort.**:

- Previous experience working in a fast paced Bar, Restaurant or Conferencing & Event Space as a Bartender
- Previous Hotel, Resort or Pool bar experience would be highly regarded
- **Current NSW RSA** and drivers licence
- High standard of grooming, presentation and communication
- Confidence in conversing with our guests and clients
- Actively demonstrate pride in your work
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including mornings, late evenings and weekends
