Lead Civil Designer

As a result of a growing pipeline of awarded work, are currently recruiting for a **Lead Civil Designer** to join our **Perth** based design team.

**About the role**
- Provide process plant platform, access road, drainage and associated infrastructure design knowledge and supervision of civil project design team while working on deliverables
- Prepare, review and sign off on layouts and detail drawings in line with project requirements
- Deliver design drafting according to required project timeframes and standards by coordinating and supervising project members, reviewing deliverables and preparing design and detail drawings in line with requirements
- Overcome design/schedule issues by maintaining an overview of activity, regularly communicating with the Lead Civil Engineer and addressing issues in a timely manner

**About you**
- A minimum of 10 years experience in Earthworks, Roadworks, and Drainage design in a relevant industry, e.g. mining, mineral processing, materials handling, and heavy industrial required.
- Advanced diploma or equivalent in Engineering desirable.
- Extensive experience in Smart Plant 3D, AutoCAD, 12D, or Civil 3d is highly desired
- Well developed written and oral communication skills
