Join our Design department, where you'll be at the forefront of upgrading and crafting new community infrastructure and public amenities, including roads, streetscapes, and buildings. As our community expands, your work will contribute to the ongoing transformation of the Armadale City landscape.

As we build for the future, we've laid the foundations for growth through strategic land use plans like the Armadale Strategic Metropolitan Centre Structure Plan. This blueprint guides and governs future land use within the Armadale City Centre, and we invite you to explore our ambitious Planned Capital Works outlined in the 4-year budget - it's truly remarkable. With over $1.3B worth of assets and continuous enhancements through our Asset Management Plans, you'll be part of a team driving impactful changes.

**What You Will Be Working On**

Your role as a Civil Designer will involve:

- Leading the charge in designing and upgrading community-focused assets, from roads to streetscapes and buildings.
- Collaborating with our visionary team to bring innovative projects to life, as showcased in our Planned Capital Works.
- Contributing to the enhancement of our substantial assets, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and benefit our growing community.
- Playing a key role in the ongoing capital investment, with an average of $16M per annum over the next 4 years.

**About You**

As a dynamic Civil Designer, you'll be an integral part of our growth journey if you:

- Hold a Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or are making substantial progress towards it.
- Bring proven experience in Civil and Road Design, demonstrating your expertise in crafting designs that stand the test of time.
- Possess deep knowledge of Road, Traffic, and Drainage matters, with a keen understanding of relevant Acts and regulations.
- Thrive in a collaborative environment, using your proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D to turn concepts into reality.
- Have a track record of creative problem-solving and report writing, showcasing your ability to contribute to transformative projects.
