**What this opportunity involves**:
The Site Lead will manage the day-to-day client activities for the assigned property/facility and be the key point of contact on-site for key stakeholders and the client. You will assume overall responsibility for Integrated Facility Management, Records Management and Business Support Services, Budgeting, Accounting and Finance.
You will have a team of direct reports, consisting of a Facilities Engineer, Handyman and two Facilities Coordinator/Receptionists.
**An Overview of the role**:
Provide operational support and management of Facilities, Business Support and Fleet
Manage and coach a high-quality, motivated team ensuring training and development
Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure the client expectations are met
Build and develop effective client/stakeholder relationships across multiple organisational levels
Manage vendors ensuring services are delivered in a timely and cost-efficient manner
Ensure vendor procurement processes comply with agreed client procurement guidelines as well as JLL best practice
Oversee contract management
Monitor financial targets
Compliance with OH&S guidelines
Recommend continuous improvement practices and look to reduce costs while improving operational standards
**Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for**:
Qualifications in Facilities, Building, Business, Property or related
Experience in effective team leadership, prioritising learning and development
Previous experience working in Life Sciences industry or similar would be greatly beneficial
Understanding of building codes and fire systems is essential
Demonstrated successful vendor management and service delivery
Understanding of commercial contracts
Strong budget management and financial acumen
Client focused with a knack for managing various professional relationships
Excellent planning and organisational capacity working within tight deadlines
