**About the role**

Team Leader Workforce Engagement will work closely & collaboratively with Workforce Planning & Engagement Manager & is responsible of all front-line staff engagement, supervision and guidance.
- Provide Supervision, mentoring and guidance to front line staff
- Assist in growing pool of frontline staff by providing assistance in recruiting Home Care Workers with the right still set and identified cultural diversity
- Ensure staff timesheets are approved & submitted to payroll in timely manner
- Establish and maintain effective and productive relationships with the Aged Care Operations and other 3Bridges teams, clients, relevant stakeholders and referrers across the community and health sector
- Support the Reframing Ageing Mangers in reaching overall strategic outcomes
- Manage and monitor the performance of frontline staff by providing support, direction and guidance, proactively managing performance when required
- Provide professional development support to team members so that they continuously develop and build their skills and competencies

**About You**
- You have demonstrated experience in the Aged Care sector
- You have Cert IV in Individual Support/ Aged Care/ Disability, or other relevant qualification
- You have experience leading a team
- You have Demonstrated knowledge of the New Aged Care Quality Standards and Commonwealth Home Support Services
- You have experience building and maintaining professional relationships
