**Objective**

The role is a Sales role with account management responsibilities attached. Responsibility is focused on the activities associated with the plant and equipment hire for the ACI Equipment Hire Pty Ltd business in driving repeat business with the existing client base as well as new business with new and existing customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Plant & Equipment
- Target all existing and generate new clients to hire our ACI plant & equipment
- Develop new opportunity and business streams to hire out plant & equipment
- Understand the market place to ensure that ACI plant & equipment is generating strong margins whilst being price competitive.
- Gather market intelligence on pricing for plant & equipment within the field or market that ACI is playing and active
- Provide quotes for ACI plant & equipment on any cross-hire with a minimum margin to be eligible for commission payments on cross-hire
- Liaise with the Accounts Officer and Workshop to generate invoices for Plant & Equipment Hire
- Assist where appropriate with information that is to be entered into HirePos / by the Accounts Officer
- Manager CRM and update weekly with reporting of leads, new customers and existing customers in HirePos
- Accounts Management
- Cash collection on delinquent customer payments or dispute resolution
- Fixed Asset and Inventory control
- With the Workshop Mechanic ensure there is an accurate record of all plant & equipment within ACI possession.
- The recording of all plant & equipment either on-hire or off-hire needs to be maintained by this position and is a significant responsibility for the role.

- Cloudcon and CRM
- Invoice EOM in conjunction with accounts
- Data maintenance
- Ensure regular data maintenance of client and supplier details
- Credit Applications
- Documentation of processes
- As part of the ongoing development and growth of ACI, there is a need for all employees to be engaged in the improvement processes for the ACI business. Accordingly, as part of KPI’s and Priorities in the role, there is a requirement that the incumbent work to document the processes being undertaken to ensure adequate documentation is available regarding how the role is performed and what changes and improvements have been made.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
