Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5pm. Potential opportunities for overtime so may require flexibility. We are also open some Bank Holidays

A bit about the job:
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Positive attitude and strong desire to meet customers’ needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good level of IT skills to navigate systems.
What you’ll get for this role:
- Starting salary up to £23,500 based on a 35 hour week (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Step pay progression allows you to develop in the role at your own pace
- Generous pension (starting level Aviva contributes 8% when you contribute 2%)
