This role will sit in the Technology Transformation Team leading the Product Ownership Chapter Area.

The Product Ownership Chapter’s purpose is to build a strong community of Product practitioners with deep expertise in product design, development and delivery in a technology environment to unleash the full potential of our people and influencing our technology product strategy.

**Do work that matters**:
This role will support the Technology Transformation Team and the Product Owner Practice within the Group:
More specifically, you will:

- Define the capability uplift approach for the Chapter Area and drive uplift, in partnership with the Group Delivery Practice and industry. This includes defining and implementing standards for Product design, delivery and coaching Product Owners to drive excellence
- Partner with Crew Leads to determine skillset and capability requirements and work with the practice and/or talent acquisition to sustainably meet needs
- Participate in Product Practice talent reviews and provide insights on key trends in the external market and internal organisation including identification of top talent who are ready for new opportunities
- Provide people leadership by influencing to define career options available to Chapter members
- Leverage metrics and data to inform continuous improvement opportunities that increase the effectiveness of the Chapter
- Collaborate with the Agility chapter to implement, evolve and support consistent ways of working across the chapter and business that align to industry standards
- Uplift Chapter maturity by fostering a culture of sharing, learning and problem solving across Chapter Areas
- Participate and contribute to the practice and/or Chapter including maintaining technical experience commensurate with their specific Chapter

**We are interested in hearing from people who have**:

- Experience leading large Engineering teams working in a Technology Environment/Products
- Knowledge and experience in product vision and roadmaps, product discovery, design and delivery
- Led Agile Transformation at scale and working with teams in a matrix organisation and ability to influence without authority
- Extensive experience with agility tooling and ways of working
- Experience in driving performance with insights and metrics
- Experience leading teams to embed DevSecOps practices
- Experience influencing leaders and senior executives
- Leveraged AI to uplift capability (Desirable)
- Engineering background (Desirable)
