**BRIEF**
As L&D Manager, you will embed a strong learning culture through the principle of strong employee engagement and support the implementation of the APAC Business Plan through timely and appropriate learning interventions.
**Main duties and responsibilities**:
- Design, develop and deliver appropriate APAC L&D programmes and processes, including (but not limited to) Partners, Lawyers and Business Operations, which support the APAC Business Strategy and with wider strategy of the firm
- Responsible for the management of the firmwide Talent programmes in APAC - this includes delivery of in-house learning sessions, as well as sourcing location specific external providers
- Lead on the Pinsent Masons Wellbeing Academy offering for APAC, ensuring we are offering learning solutions that help support the Firm’s staffs wellbeing
- Work with Heads of Office to provide bespoke and specific learning interventions
- Support on bespoke projects / activities where there is a learning input i.e Leadership conference, ACEL in Hong Kong
- Work with the Head of L&D on the design and implementation of any APAC relevant Practice Group / Business Operations specific development activity
- Management of the APAC Pinsent Masons Learning Academy
- Responsible for ensuring all development workshops and activities are evaluated and recommendations presented to HEAD of HR, APAC to ensure continuous improvement of all APAC training
- Work with the firm’s Talent Management on the management and engagement in the firm’s Performance Management process and systems
**Skills & experience**:
- Training and L&D experience
- CITP (or equivalent)
- Coaching qualification (desired)
- Qualified in psychometric tools (ideally MBTI and PPA)
- Strong collaborative approach
- Nurtures internal and external relationships
- Proven ability to work to tight deadlines with accuracy and confidence
- Able to take the initiative
- Bring enthusiasm & passion to the role
