**About the role**

Join us as an **Operational Services Officer (Cytology Support)** and play a vital role in delivering high-quality laboratory services. In this role, you will be responsible for sorting and accessioning specimens following established protocols, ensuring accurate data entry and enquiry services to meet regulatory and client requirements. You will also assist with preparatory duties and contribute to quality assurance programs, maintaining a high standard of service.

As part of your responsibilities, you will support collection and courier duties to achieve timely turnaround goals and may provide cover in the Directorate of Anatomical Pathology when required.
