HLH Group are a well-established construction recruitment and labour hire agency based in Bondi Junction. Our company vision at HLH Group is to supply quality workers; quickly and safely.

**Roles & Duties**:

- Responsible for the full 360° recruitment process
- Business development with existing and new clients in the Australian market.
- Meetings and presentations with new and existing clients.
- Support junior recruiters as they join the company.
- Work in conjunction with the temp desk to obtain up to date knowledge of existing clients, their jobs and their staffing requirements.
- Conduct site visits from time to time to build rapport with new and existing clients

**Requirements of the recruiter**:

- Must have at least 1 years’ experience working in a recruitment or sales environment.
- Have an up-to-date knowledge of the Australian (Sydney mainly) construction industry.
- Self-motivated, strong organisation skills and have good time management skills.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident, ambitious and career driven.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent IT skills.
