Based in Coburg, VIC, we specialise in delivering in-home support under the Australian Government’s **Home Care Package (HCP)** program.

Our tailored services include personal care, domestic assistance, nursing, allied health, and social support, all designed to help older individuals maintain their independence, dignity, and well-being at home.

Future Life Care is entering an exciting **growth phase** as we expand our reach and services within the aged care sector. To support this, we are seeking a **Sales & Marketing Contractor** to work closely with our team on a trial basis.

This role will involve executing marketing strategies developed by our management team, meeting clear objectives, and helping to increase our brand visibility and client base, specifically among individuals eligible for **Home Care Packages**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Implement marketing and outreach plans set by the company
- Establish and strengthen brand awareness in the local aged care and healthcare community
- Build connections with potential clients and referral partners
- Set and achieve agreed-upon KPIs during the trial period
- Follow up on leads and support clients through the sign-up process
- Report regularly on progress and outcomes

**About You**
- Proven background in **sales or marketing**, preferably in healthcare or aged care
- **Excellent communication** skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and deliver results within a defined timeframe
- Comfortable engaging with elderly clients and their families
- Self-motivated and outcome-focused
- Available to commit **1 day per week for 2 months** (initial trial)

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 5 per week
