**The Role**

As our **Marketing Manager**, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing a strategic marketing plan that builds brand awareness, strengthens patient loyalty, and attracts new high-value patients.
You’ll have the opportunity to lead the clinic’s brand storytelling across digital and in-person touchpoints — creating campaigns that reflect our values of care, trust, and sophistication.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan aligned with clinic growth goals
- Create engaging content that showcases patient experiences, treatments, and our boutique brand personality
- Oversee community partnerships, sponsorships, and local outreach
- Manage marketing budgets, analytics, and performance reporting
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, clinical and front-desk teams to ensure consistent brand communication

**About You**

You’re not just data-driven — you understand the art of connection. You have an eye for design, a passion for wellness and aesthetics, and the ability to tell a story that inspires confidence and trust.

**You’ll bring**:

- 3+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally within healthcare, wellness, or luxury services
- Strong digital marketing skills (social media, Google Ads, analytics)
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach and strong project management ability
- An appreciation for premium branding and patient experience
