**The Role**:
This role has three key components that are essential to delivering the Member Compliance strategy for AP+:
- Implement strategic changes and improvements within the Member Compliance team.
- Lead key projects aimed at strengthening our risk, control, and regulatory frameworks.
**Proposed Position Requirements are**:
- Robust experience working in compliance in either the payments industry or financial services with strong direct experience in managing stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven understanding of compliance frameworks across either the payments industry or financial services.
- In depth understanding of the regulatory landscape of either the payments industry, banking or financial services.
- Strong understanding of effective risk and control frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and assess risks objectively.
- Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of implementing right structures and processes in place for a growing business.
- Proven track record of delivering multiple projects within the designated time frames.
- Ability to assist the team by getting involved in the details when necessary to drive the right outcomes for the team.
