**What You Will Be Doing**
- We are currently looking for two Accounts Receivable Officers to join our team in Queensland, playing an important role in managing the Accounts Receivable function.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Receipt and allocate payments
- Follow up unpaid invoices
- Raise Invoices and Credit notes
- Investigate and resolve billing queries efficiently
- Maintain strong client relations
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve billing processes and resolve issues
- Extract reports for end of month and as required

**What Type of Person Will Be Successful**

**These are the type of attributes & skills you would possess**:

- Ideally twelve months experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of the accounts receivaerble processes and basic accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- MYOB experience an advantage
- Intermediate Excel proficiency
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new processes
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Background in accounting (preferred)
