Having recently bought and amalgamated numerous boutique companies, they are looking to hire a Chief Operating Officer to drive commercial success through leading and streamlining their business operations.

Reporting to a CEO renowned for creating psychologically safe company cultures where all employees have a voice, you will lead and inspire a team of around 100 employees across call centres and customer support, customer service delivery, channel partnerships, technology and field engineering.
