**ABOUT THE ROLE**

In this role you will support and coordinate the Asset Services business unit to lead, execute and monitor our risk, assurance and compliance activities across the execution of our operations.

**More about the role**:

- Responsible for the management and maintenance of the IG compliance program for Asset Services by ensuring consistent implementation of obligation controls and adherence to obligations to achieve compliance with relevant H&S, and Environment legislation, codes of practice, policies and standards.
- Conduct analysis on compliance performance and deliver compliance reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of key metrics and performance monitoring on H&S, environment and risk management
- Lead the coordination, implementation and reporting of L1 (first line) assurance program and initiatives (e.g., planned and dynamic assurance, compliance of contractors against HSE Management systems, etc.)
- Work with and support field operations, Contract Owners and Administrators to meeting Assurance Standards and Plans.
- Conduct HSE governance checks, gap analysis for upcoming contracts and contractor mobilisations and develop improvement plans as required.

**ABOUT YOU**

**More about you**:

- Tertiary qualification in Engineering and / or relevant trade discipline (Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline; science, engineering, legal or compliance highly desirable.
- Experience working with regulatory requirements and compliance reporting in the QLD CSG or Mining industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft tools
- Demonstrated experience in the energy & resources industry, transport of logistics sector, project coordination, contractor management or construction industry highly desirable.
- Experience risk management or assurance (desirable)
- Power user of OCIS / Power BI (desirable)
