ALG is currently recruiting a **Engineering Manager** for one of the largest independent MRO organizations focused on Boeing 787, Airbus A320NEO, A350, and others.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage all Australian Station locations around capacity, rostering issues, and type rating gaps, working alongside Station Maintenance Managers and others in the senior leadership team
- Recruitment of necessary engineering staff. Develop engineering skills plan to identify required skills and gaps, and plan to address gaps
- Managing all line maintenance Operations from a top-level and also ad hoc project work
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects
- Collaborate with other key stakeholders to define and ensure that engineering outcomes align with business goals
- Own, develop, and manage Engineering management plans, engineering tools & processes, review & approval processes

Job Requirements:

- **Bachelor's degree** in an engineering discipline (ideally aviation)
- **Minimum experience** of 5 years+ in engineering management/operational management in a fast-paced role, ideally in an MRO environment within the aviation sector
- **Experience in** planning and leading strategic initiatives, budget management, and ability to manage many people at one time across, multiple locations/states
- Must be someone onshore in Australia
