Team members receive support to achieve the skills required to deliver individualised disability support services - a great opportunity to improve and enhance your skills or transition from a different industry.

Disability Support Work is an important and rapidly expanding industry with high levels of satisfaction and security.

**What Support is being provided**:
Seeking support for an active 5 year old boy with cognitive and hearing impairments, who is ventilator dependent.

Duties include:

- Ventilation and Tracheostomy management
- PEG feeding
- Accompanying and supporting him at preschool
- Assistance with personal care tasks
- Medication administration
- Assistance with therapy tasks
- Use of mobility equipment
- Light domestic assistance
- Meal preparation and Community participation

**Shift Times**:
Shift times available are:

- Monday 9:30am - 3:30pm
- Tuesday 10:00am - 2:00pm
- Active overnight shifts 9:30pm - 9:30am

**Requirements**:

- 2 current references
- Mobile phone number
- Current driver's license and reliable vehicle - essential
- NDIS Worker's Clearance or willing to obtain
- Working With Children Check or willing to obtain

**Desirable**:Previous experience working with children
