Interchange Australia has been providing services for over 30 years to people living in South West Sydney, Southern Highlands and Southern Tablelands.**_ Interchange Australia is offering employment to people passionate about supporting people with disability, people who are older and other eligible people to recuperate from and/or prevent hospital admission and/or to remain living in their own homes.
