**Key Responsibilities**
- Supporting clients with complex and/or challenging personal needs
- Personal care: showering, dressing, grooming and medication assistance
- Domestic assistance: light housework and meal preparation
- Supporting clients who us personal equipment/aids - may include walking or standing frames, hoists and wheelchairs
- Monitoring the well-being of clients
- Reporting progress of clients
- Social activities: transporting clients to their appointments, shopping and/or planned community social activity

**About You**

We are seeking a pro-active, self-starter person who brings with them high core values and minimum 2 years’ experience in the field of Community Support care.

Your goal is to provide optimal comfort to our valued clients. Essentially, you will be assisting them in daily activities, areas of care determined by the needs of our clients and assisting in approved community social outings.

Your expertise and experience will be measured during the interview process along with your professional references.

**Essential Criteria**
- Cert III in Health Services Assistance, disabilities or similar
- Driver’s License
- Reliable motor vehicle
- Police Check
- First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain prior to employment)
- CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain prior to employment)
- Proven rights to work in Australia

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Supplementary Pay:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Narellan, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
