The primary focus of this role is supporting the Industrial practice in preparing for business development meetings and delivering on executive search projects. This may include:

- Preparing company overviews for account teams
- Researching companies and developing target lists
- Calling companies to determine organization structure

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- ** Internal/External Call Participation** - Attending and/or listening in on kick-off meetings, suggesting possible targets, and attending client briefings/meetings.
- ** Market Intelligence - **Teaming up on “proprietary” market intelligence projects, proactively identifying and tracking organizational, industry, and/or functional trends and reporting findings.

**PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS**
- 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in market intelligence and research, or in the fields of human resources, search, selection, or consultancy.
- Hands-on mentality: high sense of urgency and knows how to work under pressure.
- Creative and commercial.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Self-motivation and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Articulate, cogent verbal communication skills and strong written communication skills.

**EDUCATION**
- Education: bachelor’s or master’s degree
