About the role:
As the Research Analyst you are responsible for delivering analysis in relation to projects to support decisions as well as coordinating team communications and information flows. As a member of the Research team, you will play a key role in shaping the future direction of Dexus through the formation of strategy and identification of opportunities.

How will you make an impact:
As Research Analyst, the key responsibilities are as follows:

- Analyse industry trends and data to support strategic research projects and house-views
- Assist with acquisition and divestment activities across Dexus, including input to investment papers
- Provide input to thought leadership projects
- Coordinate the preparation and delivery of publications, reports and internal communications
- Manage and raise awareness of information produced by the team
- Be responsible for relationships with service providers, managing information subscriptions

About You:

- Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Property/Commerce/Real Estate/Economics
- Typically, 1 to 3 years’ experience
- Research experience advantageous
- Knowledge of alternative real estate sectors including retail, residential and healthcare advantageous
- Demonstrated Intermediate or advanced Excel capability.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable, responsible, and flexible with a team first mentality.
