**About the role**
We are seeking passionate and driven Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our growing collaborative team and become an integral part of our exciting growth journey.

This is a unique and exciting time to join a growing organisation and influence positive change within our industry.

Ideally, you will have knowledge and confidence with the following:

- Conducting functional behavioural assessments and developing quality comprehensive behaviour support plans
- Develop strong professional relationships with clients through confident and clear communication
- Understanding of evidence-based principles and relevant standards
- (Desirable) If you have experience in ABA - Applied Behaviour Analysis, we would love to hear from you

**What you’ll need to be successful**
- A qualification in Psychology, Behavioural Science, Social Work or related discipline
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, Mental Health, and other complex diagnoses
- Your own reliable vehicle and Australian Drivers Licence
- A National Police Clearance, NDIS Workers Screening Check and Working with Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check (or willingness to obtain these before commencement)
